Directions:  From Rutherfordton downtown on Main Street:
  • North on main until you reach the overpass exit.
  • Take the exit to the overpass and turn right onto highway 64/74
  • You will pass one stoplight at Railroad avenue on 64/74 and will be going  north-east (toward Morganton).
  • About one mile past the stoplight is Golden Valley Realty on the right hand side.
  • Immediately before Golden Valley Realty is the Webb House, a large white historical house on the right.  The "line of  trees" indicated on the aerial are at the edge of that property.
  • When you see the Webb house put on your turn signal and begin slowing to make the right turn into the Golden Valley Realty drive.
 Directions:  From Forest City downtown on Main Street:
  • Drive west on Main through Spindale until you reach highway 74 (same as Railroad Avenue).
  • Turn right.
  • North to 64/74 intersection (3rd stoplight).
  • Turn right onto 64.
  • You will be going  north-east (toward Morganton).
  • About one mile past this intersection is Golden Valley Realty on the right hand side.

Directions:  From Forest City on highway 74 A: (Shopping mall area; Walmart, Lowes...)
  • Drive west toward Rutherfordton.
  • Through the intersection with stoplight with Hardee's on left, KFC on right, Eckart's across on left and McDonald's across on right.
  • North to 64/74 intersection (3rd stoplight).
  • Turn right onto 64.
  • You will be going  north-east (toward Morganton).
  • About one mile past this intersection is Golden Valley Realty on the right hand side.

 Directions:  Coming from the north on highway 64:
  • As you drive toward Rutherfordton going south you will pass "Airport" road on your right hand side.
  • The next landmark is Cathey's Creek bridge.
  • At the bridge begin signalling for a left turn.
  • On the left is the Golden Valley Realty sign - yellow/purple.
