Restrictions on property to maintain value for the property, its owners and the neighborhood.

These restrictions are based on our principle of maintaining property value and natural landscapes and are open to some modifications based on buyers needs.

On any and all portions of property described on Rutherford County map 368 block 1 lot 46 the following will apply:

RESIDENTIAL USES ONLY.    Home /office business permitted.
Modular homes permitted.  Single wide Mobile homes shall not be allowed.  No mobile home parks allowed.
No more than three home sites shall be allowed within the property as exists January 1, 2009.
All construction shall be no closer than ten (20 ) feet to any lot line

Commercial raising of livestock and/or poultry is not allowed.  No clear cutting of forest land.

It is recommended that power lines be placed underground to minimize disturbance of forest.
